Refund Policy

At BratExtensionZ, we take pride in providing high-quality weft and tape hair extension services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to ensure every client feels confident and glam after their appointment.

 Service-Based Policy

Due to the nature of our services (including hair installation, styling, and application), we do not offer refunds on completed services.

Before your appointment, you'll be asked to complete and sign a client waiver, acknowledging that:

 - You understand the risks involved with weft and tape extensions.

 - You agree that proper aftercare is your responsibility.

 - You will not hold BratExtensionZ liable for any outcomes related to personal aftercare, maintenance, or pre-   existing hair conditions.

This is in place to protect both client and stylist and ensure full transparency. If you have any questions or concerns before your service, please feel free to ask.

Time, products, and effort are invested into each appointment and are non-recoverable once a service has been performed. 

However, if you are unhappy with the result for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a potential fix or adjustment.

 Products & Hair Extensions

If you have purchased any hair or aftercare products directly through BratExtensionZ, the following applies:

  • No refunds on hair extension purchases once the product has been opened, used, or removed from original packaging.

  • Exchanges may be offered only if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

 Deposits & Cancellations

All bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service and is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiting your deposit.
